On an elevated rock in Piti is a house strategically built to give its residents a rare and priceless panoramic view of the island.

With large windows on almost every side, the house seems designed to have its residents awash in natural light to ensure a view of the ocean from every spot within.

Imagine being able to watch the sun rise as you wake and lay in bed, or while sipping your morning tea in the covered patio overlooking spans of green gardens and brown hills. Imagine watching the sun set while you cook dinner, or do your laundry, or even while walking from room –to-room, and not missing a second of its descent.

From the vantage point of this unique location, one can see the entire eastern side of Guam, the Apra Harbor to the west, and even far Rota to the north. One can make out entire villages, important landmarks and the highest buildings on the island.

Needless to say, this is a great space for entertaining friends and sharing the spectacular view. But this spacious house is also ideal for a family with 2,500 sq ft of living space consisting of five bedrooms and three bathrooms.

A large kitchen with ample cupboard space looks out to the garden and has a sidebar adjacent to a spacious living room lined with large windows. The living room in turn opens to a covered patio lanai. And the master bedroom has its own glass door leading to the patio, a window, and a walk-in closet.

All these rooms, plus a laundry room that has its own ocean view, are on the second floor.

This rental is partially furnished, but has all the basic appliances like a refrigerator, stove and oven, washer and dryer, six air conditioning units, and nine ceiling fans. The first floor is a separate studio apartment rental which has its own entrance. It is fully furnished and also has an ocean view.

A large ascending driveway leads to the entrance of the house and the surrounding gardens are large, lush and verdant with a variety of flowers, mango and banana trees, and a soursop tree. A huge, attractive narra tree marks the front of the house.

The property is about 15 minutes from Big Navy, Naval Hospital and downtown Agana.
